Zynlee is a brand owned and operated by CUSTOGIFTHUB (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take additional time.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-metro and remote areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or message. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delivery Issues

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges (if any) will be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos. We will review the issue as per our refund or replacement policy.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Changes or Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately after placing your order for any requests.
