Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not support returns or exchanges on jewellery items.

All our jewellery pieces are carefully handcrafted and hygienically packed. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been delivered, except in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items received.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@custogifthub.com with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • All jewellery items (including earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

This policy is in place for hygiene, quality control, and product integrity reasons.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item qualifies under our damage or defect policy, we will process a replacement after verification. Otherwise, a new order must be placed separately.

International Orders / EU Cooling-Off Period

Currently, we ship only within India. If international shipping is enabled in the future, the 14-day EU cooling-off period will not apply to jewellery items, as jewellery falls under hygiene-sensitive goods, which are exempt under EU consumer law once delivered.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved due to damage or incorrect delivery, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.
